yup, it's friday people!! (: (;
had netball today.
the training is still..bearable.LOL.
yea, be thankful peeps, look at the dragonboat rowers.
they run arnd campus.me = bow down to them.lol.
so we run arnd sports hall building.6 rounds.
did some foot pointing thing and balancing idk what.
followed by push up and sit up.
it started raining at 9 ):
so we didnt play on court but physical training.
I paired up with this girl by the name sharidah,is it?lol.
but yup, we did pretty well(:
i guess netball is nothing but teamwork?
and yes, fitness (quoted by my coach)lol.
after which, went to change into ber and slippers.shiok.
should have brought tee and changed ):
went for CATS class.
and i wrote ilovecats. all over the paper border.lol.

but some bad souls just wanna take advantaged of this poor old man,
so it kinda turn sour during mid.
yup,i hope he saw what i wrote and felt appreciated.lol.
